By accessing or using DragonName.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

DragonName.ai is an AI-assisted Chinese naming and creative guidance service. It provides Chinese name suggestions, pronunciation guidance, cultural explanations, Premium reports and calligraphy artwork.

The free Chinese Name Generator may provide 3 personalized Chinese name suggestions together with pronunciation and English explanations.

Free features may be modified, limited or discontinued at any time.

DragonName Premium is currently offered as a one-time purchase priced at USD $29.90, unless another price is displayed at checkout.

Premium may include 3 personalized Chinese names, Chinese Zodiac, traditional Year Element, Naming Direction, personal Name Story, cultural meaning checks, final-name selection, business and tattoo suitability guidance, and 3 custom transparent PNG calligraphy designs.

Premium is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider displayed at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Because Premium includes digital services and AI-generated content that may be delivered immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the Premium service has been accessed or generated, except where required by applicable law.

DragonName.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate names, explanations, cultural analysis and artwork. AI-generated output may contain errors, inconsistencies or unexpected results.

You are responsible for reviewing generated results before using them for important, public, commercial or permanent purposes.

Chinese naming involves language, culture, personal taste, regional differences and subjective interpretation. DragonName.ai does not guarantee that every Chinese speaker will interpret or prefer a generated name in the same way.

Zodiac and Year Element information is presented as traditional Chinese cultural context and should not be treated as scientific prediction, professional fortune telling or a complete BaZi / Four Pillars reading.

Calligraphy images are provided as creative visual references. AI-generated artwork can introduce stylistic differences or inaccuracies.

Before permanently tattooing any Chinese characters, you should independently confirm that the exact characters and intended meaning are correct. DragonName.ai is not responsible for tattoo work performed by third parties.

Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party provider rules, you may use the names, explanations and artwork generated for you for personal purposes such as social profiles, personal branding, design references and tattoo consultations.

You may not use DragonName.ai to violate the rights of others, impersonate another person unlawfully, commit fraud, distribute harmful content or engage in unlawful activity.

Chinese names and combinations of Chinese characters are not necessarily unique. Another person may already use the same or a similar name.

DragonName.ai does not grant trademark rights, legal name rights or exclusive ownership of a generated name.

We aim to keep DragonName.ai available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party provider outages, API limits or other circumstances outside our control.

We may change features, pricing, limits, design, supported AI models or other parts of DragonName.ai as the service develops.

DragonName.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that generated names, cultural interpretations or artwork will be completely accurate, suitable or appropriate for every purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DragonName.ai and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, generated names, generated artwork or reliance on generated information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page together with its updated date.
